WHO ARE WE
We are friendly, experienced builders with over 35 years of experience in home renovations. We focus on residential extensions in Witham, Braintree and the surrounding areas.
Having spent what feels like a lifetime in the building trade, we have quietly gone about improving customers' lives and homes by supplying top-notch work and project managing jobs in a professional but approachable, common-sense manner.
A REALISTIC APPROACH
We've learnt over the years that honesty is the best policy when first meeting potential clients. Managing expectations and setting a realistic timeframe for each job means clients are more informed and know what to expect. That by no means says we can't work due to time restraints; it's just so when we quote for work, the price reflects the additional manpower that we might require.
QUALITY CONTROL
We pride ourselves on the quality of our work. From the Footings we bury under the ground - to the final list of snagging, we go around with the client towards the end of each job. As it's our reputation on the line, you can rest assured the tradesmen we use are not only qualified and capable of doing the job, but they'll do the work to the high standards we demand.
WORK OUT
If you have a project, we'd love to hear from you. But! Be advised. We only take on a certain amount of work each year. We never overburden ourselves for the simple reason we don't need to. As the client, you get a builder who isn't sneaking off to do other jobs, and we get to commit fully to the job at hand.
